摘要
常压塔结盐严重影响常压塔操作,会造成塔顶温度大幅波动、塔顶温度控制反应迟钝和产品质量不合格,且结盐部位会发生严重腐蚀。以某厂为例,对常压塔结盐的原因进行探讨,提出防范措施,并对常压塔水洗过程中的防腐蚀工作及监控进行分析研究。
Salt deposit in atmospheric tower can seriously affect tower operation,which may result in unstable temperature,insensitivity of temperature reaction,unqualified product and serious corrosion in salt deposit part. Take a refinery for an example,reasons for salt deposition were discussed and preventive measures were put forward. Anticorrosion measures and monitoring in water washing process were analyzed and studied.
