摘要
针对我公司500000t/d熟料水泥生产线生产P·C32.5R水泥时磨台时产量大幅下降的问题,对其原因进行分析,主要原因是粉煤灰细度的变粗,另外,熟料易磨性的变差和中控操作上应对磨内工况变差和选粉机选粉效率下降的措施不合适也是造成此次问题的原因。解决措施为在粉煤灰细度不变的情况下,适当降低比表面积控制指标,降低工序电耗,也能保证水泥抗压强度相对稳定。
In case of the problem that grinding production has fallen sharply when producing P·C32.5 R cement in 500000 t/d clinker cement production lines of our company, and analyzes its reason,the main reason is that the fineness of fly ash becomes coarsened.In addition, the worse grindability of clinker and inappropriate measures of control operations on the worse grinding condition and decreasingselect powder efficiency of separator are also the cause of the problem.The solution is to reduce the control index of specific surface area, reduce the consumption of process power, and ensure the relative stability of the compressive strength of cement in case of invariable fineness of fly ash.
