摘要 针对我国目前危险废弃物的处置方法主要以焚烧和安全填埋为主的现状,采用水泥窑协同处置危废的方法,利用已有回转窑,通过对水泥窑协同处置危废的工艺分析,该方法具体优点体现在:煅烧温度高,高温停留时间长,湍流碱性工况,危险废物无害化彻底;焚烧灰渣直接利用;危险废物中有机、无机成分得到了充分利用;排放气体高效处置;回转窑热容量大,工况稳定,危险废物处理量大。 Aiming at the current situation that the disposal method of hazardous waste in our country is mainly incineration and safety landfill, the method of co-disposal of hazardous wastes in cement kilns is adopted for process analysis of collaborative disposal of hazardous wastes in cement kilns by using the existing rotary kilns.The specific advantages of the method are as follows: high calcination temperature, long residence time at high temperature, basic conditions of turbulent flow, complete detoxification of hazardous waste, direct utilization of incineration ash, utilization of organic and inorganic components in hazardous waste;efficient disposal; high heat capacity of rotary kiln, stable conditions, high handling capacity of hazardous waste.
