摘要
针对八钢1750热轧精轧F1上、下工作辊辊颈同时断裂失效事故,通过对辊颈断口形貌、轧制实绩以及辊颈金相组织检测的失效分析,找出工作辊辊颈断裂的原因。为此,根据生产工艺特点,对轧机操作进行了优化,进一步完善了轧辊入厂检测措施,一系列措施实施后,获得显著效果。
According to the failure of the working roll neck at the top and bottom of F1 frame of finishing rolling of 1750 hot rolling,the failure cause was found through the failure analysis of the fracture morphology, the rolling actual performance and the metallographic examination of the roll neck,the cause of the fracture of the work roll neck was found out.Therefore, according to the characteristics of the production process, the rolling mill operation is optimized, and the measure of the roll entry inspection is further perfected. After a series of measures are implemented, a significant effect has been obtained.
