摘要
文章介绍了针对八钢4200/3500中厚板在轧制厚度≥50mm规格风电钢板过程中精轧阶段发生的轧件翘头的问题。从过程基础数据入手,依次从轧件上下表温差、轧制中间坯长度、轧件咬入时上下辊速度、轧制线高度和轧制速度五个方面进行了排查分析,最终确定主要影响因素。制定了改进措施并运用于实际生产中,获得了显著效果。
The paper introduces the problem of the warping head in the process of rolling thickness over 50mm specification wind power plate in the finishing stage of the 4200/3500 medium and thick plate of Bayi steel . From the basic data of the process, the temperature difference in the upper and lower table of the rolling piece, the length of the rolling middle billet,the speed of the upper and lower rolls, the height of the rolling line and the rolling speed are analyzed in five aspects, and the main influencing factors are finally determined.The comprehensive adjustment measures have been formulated and applied to actual production, and significant results have been achieved.
