Construction of University Journals as Think Tank in the Context of Supply-side Reform

高校学术期刊是我国期刊群体的重要组成部分,是学术内容的重要"供给方",但以供给侧改革的视角看,其供给与社会需求之间出现了某种偏离。在新的时代要求下,高校学术期刊应进一步明确自身定位,联通"学术圈"与"社会圈",以明确内容供给的方向,主动对接国家、社会的需求,发挥学术期刊的"智库"功能。

University-based academic journals,an important part of journals in China,are major suppliers of academic literature.However,there exists a mismatch between this supply and social demand from the perspective of the supply-side reform.This article assumed that university journals could have clear-cut orientations of academic supply and establish a closer link between academic and social circles,so that they could meet the demands of the state and the society as a think tank.
