摘要
基于实践、创新、创业学情分析,笔者认为高校人才培养中缺乏产品全生命周期体验、缺乏真实项目资源、忽视知识整合能力叠加及非技术因素培养等问题,提出基于虚拟企业的耦合模式融合性、探究性、职业导向、多元指导的设计原则,以及耦合式实训的组织形式、项目来源、虚拟公司组建、项目研发实施、考核评价等教学环节构建方法,为培养具有专业背景的创业型工程人才提供借鉴。
This research aimed at a coupling mode of entrepreneurship and professional education to tackle such problems as deficiencies in real-contextual experience,projects resources,knowledge integration and non-technical literacy from the perspective of practice,innovation and entrepreneurship.The authors thus explored the design principles pertaining to a virtual enterprises-based coupling mode in the ways of depth-learning,professional guidance and multidimensional coaching,as well as organization of coupling-based training,source of projects,setup of virtual companies,implementation of RD and performance assessment,etc.It hoped that this work would offer useful reference for cultivating enterprising talents with certain special background.
