摘要
目前高校产学研协同创新型人才培养主要存在着创新文化氛围不足、缺乏创新型师资队伍、课程体系设置不完善、人才评价机制不健全以及资金投入不足等问题;而美国、德国以及日本的经验及优势正好可以弥补我们的不足。基于此,提出我国高校产学研协同创新型人才培养"交互式""共建式"及"虚拟式"三种可供选择的模式。
At present,there are many problems in the training of innovative talents under the industry-university-institute collaboration in colleges and universities,such as lack of innovative cultural atmosphere,lack of innovative teachers,improper curriculum system,imperfect talent evaluation mechanism,and insufficient investment.This paper reviewed the relevant experiences of higher learning institutions in the United States,Germany and Japan.It therefore put forward the alternative modes of interaction,coordination and virtualization to cultivate innovative talents in universities under the industry-university-institute collaboration.
