摘要 针对目前现代综合交通装备制造与维修行业,在日常工器具管理使用中存在的人工效率低下、工器具遗漏严重、安全隐患失察、工器具状态信息失控等诸多问题,文中开发设计了一种基于接近开关对工具识别的智能工具移动车。其配置了充电电池、卷线器及电池监测和提醒装置,同时集成了身份卡、指纹、人脸识别及虹膜识别等使用者识别方式。并采用在电脑界面上直接显示工具图片的方式便于使用者对工具进行辨识,简化了大型车辆维修、大型生产线等场合工具管理的要求。此外,还提供了工具入库、出库、盘点、统计查询等功能模块,实现了工具管理的智能化。 In view of the problems such as low manual efficiency,serious tool and equipment leakage,hidden danger of safety,and out-of-control information of the status of tools and tools in the daily management of modern transportation equipment manufacturing and maintenance industry,this paper designed an intelligent tool for mobile vehicle recognition based on proximity switch tools. It is equipped with a rechargeable battery,cord reel and battery monitoring and reminding device. It also integrates user identification methods such as identification cards,fingerprints,face recognition,and iris recognition,and it is easy to use by displaying tool pictures directly on the computer interface. The identification of tools greatly facilitates the requirements for tool management in large-scale vehicle maintenance and large-scale production lines,and provides function modules such as warehousing,outbound,inventory,and statistical inquiries,enabling intelligent tool management.
