内部沸腾法优化螺旋藻多糖提取工艺研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用内部沸腾法优化螺旋藻多糖提取工艺.利用正交实验设计分析乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度和时间对螺旋藻多糖得率的影响.结果表明:用内部沸腾法提取螺旋藻多糖的最佳条件为:40%乙醇,料液比1∶14,温度80℃,提取时间5min,多糖得率是8.92%.内部沸腾法快速、高效、经济,可有效用于螺旋藻多糖的提取. Polysaccharides from Spirulina Platensis were extracted by inner ebullition method.The effects of parmeters ranged?from concentration of ethanol,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,and time on the yield of Polysaccharides were investigated by orthogonal experiment.Experiment results show that the optimum extraction conditions are as followed:the volume fraction of ethanol solution saturated the materials is 40%,the ratio of material to solution was 1:14(g/mL),the extraction temperature was 80℃,extraction time was 5 min.The extraction rate of polysaccharides reached 8.92% under the optimum extraction.The method of inner ebullition is a rapid,efficient,economic method to extract the polysaccharide fromSpirulina Platensis.
