摘要
在26.5%Na Cl(aq)/四氢呋喃(THF)两相体系中,进行了PW_(12)-TiO_2-SiO_2固体酸催化降解葡萄糖制备5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)的研究,并探究了不同反应条件对催化性能的影响,考察了催化剂的循环利用性,探讨了该反应可能的催化机理.结果表明:催化活性与其酸量和酸密度有关,在最佳条件下,5-HMF收率达57.7%,葡萄糖最佳转化率为98.5%;此催化剂热稳定性良好,在循环利用6次后,5-HMF收率为51.9%,葡萄糖转化率为88.6%.
5-hydroxymethylfuffural { 5-HMF) was prepared from glucose by PW12-TiO2-SiO2 solid acid and ex- plored in 26.5% NaC1 (aq)/THF biphasic system. The effect of various reaction parameters were studied. The circularity of the catalyst was also investigated. In addition, the possible catalytic mechanism was dis- cussed. It was found that the activity of the catalyst was related to the amount and the density of acid sites. A highest 5-HMF yield of 57.7% and glucose conversion of 98.5% were obtained under the optimal conditions. After six cycles, the yield of 5-HMF remained 51.9% with the glucose conversion rate of 88.6%, indicated tlmt the catalyst had good thermal stability.
