对广电网络十年改革发展进行了回顾总结,通过对区域性广电网络整合、统一、上市、转型历程的深入思考,结合党的十九大报告对文化产业发展的重要论述,探讨广电网络行业破解困局、实现可持续发展的方向与途径,强调应将社会效益放在首位,加强自身建设管理和市场建设,逐步提高经济效益,为实现文化繁荣发展作出更大贡献。

This article reviews and summarizes the 10-year reform and development of the Radio and TV Network,deeply analyzes the regional integration,unification,listing,transformation of the regional broadcasting and TV network,and discusses the ways to address the difficulties and achieve sustainable development for the radio and television network industry based on the important discussion of the development of the cultural industry in the Party＇s Nineteenth Congress report. It emphasizes that the radio and television network industry should give social benefits top priority,strengthen its self-construction management and market development,gradually increase economic benefits,and make greater contributions to achieving cultural prosperity and development.
