基于特性因素图和柏拉图的PICC置管安全管理模式的构建

Base on the safely management mode of PICC catheter of characteristic factor diagram and Plato

目的本研究旨在通过定性和定量分析相结合,构建出PICC置管失败的影响因素模型,以便更科学准确地进行PICC置管问题诊断和质量分析,帮助基层护理人员提升置管成功率。方法采用特性因素图和柏拉图汇总分析859例PICC置管病例资料,识别要因,建立PICC置管安全管理模式。结果本样本PICC置管失败率为5.70%,PICC术者因素、患者血管因素和患者全身状况是3个关键影响因素,占比82.23%,需要优先关注;加强PICC质控小组主导作用,重视病例血管的全面评估和患者指导,也有助于进一步降低PICC置管失败率。结论置管安全管理模式在PICC静脉输液管理中可发挥重要的作用。

Objective To be aimed at studying through the combining of qualitative and quantitative analysis method,we constructed the influencing factor mode of PICC catheter failed to proceed accurately the diagnosis of PICC catheter question and quality analysis,thereby,we could help nurses to improve the success rate of PICC. Methods We adopted characteristic factor diagram and Plato methods to aggregate and analyze 859 cases of PICC clinical data,and identified the key factors. Ultimately,we constructed the safely management mode of PICC catheter. Results As this sample,the failure rate of PICC was 5. 70%,other three factors,such as operator factor of PICC,vascular factor of patients and general condition of patients,were 82. 23%,the three factors needed preferentially be attented. We should strengthen the leading quality control effects of PICC,and pay attention to the overall assessment of vascular cases and patients guide,thus,the failed rate of PICC was more decreased. Conclusion The safely management mode of PICC catheter played a significant role in the intravenous infusion management of PICC.
