肿瘤患者应用输液港致静脉血栓的影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors on venous thrombosis after transfusion port used in cancer patients

目的探讨肿瘤患者输液港静脉血栓的影响因素。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在我院住院治疗的400例患者作为研究对象,对导致患者出现静脉血栓的影响因素进行分析。结果年龄、化疗时间、住院时间是导致肿瘤患者在植入输液港后出现静脉血栓的独立危险因素。结论输液港静脉血栓的影响因素分析对指导置入输液港肿瘤患者的护理具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the influencing factors on venous thrombosis after transfusion port used in cancer patients. Methods To select 400 cases of hospitalization patients from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital. As the object of study,the factors that lead to thrombosis was analysed in patients. Results The age,chemotherapy duration,length of stay were independent risk factors that lead to thrombosis,when transfusion port was implanted into patients＇ body. Conclusion There was important significance that guided nursing of the cancer patients who implanted into transfusion port was guided by the analysis of influencing factors on venous thrombosis.
