品管圈对降低癫痫患者视频脑电图伪差的效果评价

Effect evaluation of quality control circle for reducing the artifacts of video electroencephalogram in epileptic patients

目的运用品管圈(QCC)质量改进方法降低成人视频脑电图伪差的发生次数。方法组织QCC活动小组,分析成人癫痫患者视频脑电图伪差发生的主要原因,并采取相应的改进措施,比较QCC实施前后成人癫痫患者视频脑电图伪差发生次数和品管圈成员的各项能力。结果实施QCC后成人视频脑电图在50Hz交流电干扰、心电伪差、体动伪差、基线不稳及操作伪差的发生率低于QCC前(P<0.05)。圈员在解决问题能力、工作积极性、责任与荣誉感、沟通交流技巧、团队凝聚力等圈能力明显提高。结论运用QCC能明显降低成人癫痫患者视频脑电图伪差发生次数,提高护士的各项能力,具有确切的临床可行性。

Objective To reduce the occurrence frequency of artifacts of video electroencephalogram for adults by applying the quality improvement method of quality control circle（QCC）. Methods Organize QCC activity team to analyze the main reasons for the occurrence of artifacts of video electroencephalogram for adults,then take the corresponding improvement measures,and then compare the occurrence frequency of adult video electroencephalogram pseudo error in epileptic patients and various abilities of the QCC members before and after the implementation of QCC. Results After the implemention of QCC,the occurence rate of adult video electroencephalogram in 50 Hz alternating current interference,ECG artifacts,body dynamic artifacts,baseline instability and operation artifacts was lower than that before the implementation of QCC（P 0. 05）. The abilility of the circle members in solving problems and their work enthusiasm,responsibility and sense of honor,cmmunication and exchange skills,team cohesive force and other circle abilities were improved significantly. Conclusion The application of QCC can reduce the occurrence frequency of adult video electroencephalogram artifacts in epileptic patients significantly,and improve the abilities of nurses; QCC has an exact clinical feasibility.
