护理团队干预对乳腺癌PICC化疗患者并发症及治疗依从性的影响

Impact of PICC nursing team intervention on complications and treatment compliance of breast cancer patients with PICC chemotherapy

目的探讨护理团队干预对乳腺癌经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)化疗患者并发症及治疗依从性的影响。方法选择2016年6—12月在本院行PICC治疗的60例乳腺癌患者为对照组,选择2017年1—6月在本院行PICC置管的60例乳腺癌患者为观察组,对照组患者置管期间实施常规性护理干预,观察组患者置管期间建立PICC护理团队实施干预,比较两组患者自护能力、治疗依从性及并发症发生等情况。结果观察组患者干预后自我概念、自我护理责任感、自护技能、健康知识及自护能力总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性、PICC置管知识知晓率、一次性置管成功率、患者满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05),而患者置管后并发症发生率、置管后不良事件发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PICC护理团队的建立有助于提高乳腺癌PICC化疗患者自护能力,提高患者置管知识及治疗依从性,降低患者置管并发症及意外风险发生率,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of PICC nursing team intervention on complications and treatment compliance of breast cancer patients with peripherally inserted central venous catheters（PICC） chemotherapy. Methods To select breast cancer patients of 60 cases that received PICC treatment in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2016 as the control group,and breast cancer patients of 60 cases that received PICC catheterization in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected as the observation group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention during catheterization,while patients in the observation group received intervention from PICC nursing team during catheterization. The self-care ability,treatment compliance,and complications were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group,the total scores of self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills,health knowledge and self-care ability after intervened were higher than those of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. The observation group＇s treatment compliance,awareness rate of PICC catheter knowledge,one-time successful catheterization rate,and patient satisfaction rate were higher than those in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence of complications and adverse events after catheterization in the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The establishment of the PICC nursing team can improve the self-care ability of breast cancer patients with PICC chemotherapy,as well as patient＇s catheterization knowledge and treatment compliance. At the same time,it can reduce the incidence of complications and accident risks,and improve patient satisfaction.
