循证护理干预在未足月胎膜早破孕妇中的应用

Application of evidence-based nursing intervention in delivery women with preterm premature rupture of membranes

目的探讨循证护理干预在产科未足月胎膜早破产妇中的应用效果。方法选择我院2015年1月至2017年8月收治入院的100例未足月胎膜早破孕产妇作为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者行常规护理干预,比较组实施循证护理干预措施。观察两组产妇顺产、产后出血、感染及不良反应发生情况,并对新生儿体重、Apgar评分、死亡等进行分析。结果观察组在孕产妇顺产、产后出血减少、孕产妇感染降低、新生儿体重增加、Apgar评分改善,死亡下降等方面,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕妇不良反应明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施简单安全的循证护理干预措施,对胎膜早破孕产妇有重要意义,既可以保证母婴安全,又能降低孕产妇感染情况,同时也可以提高新生儿的存活,改善母婴预后,提升母婴健康水平。

Objective To investigate the application effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in delivery women with preterm premature rupture of membranes. Methods To select 100 cases of delivery women with preterm premature rupture of membranes who were admitted to our hospital from January2015 to August 2017 as the study subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly. The control group was received routine nursing intervention. The control group implemented evidence-based care interventions. The maternal spontaneous delivery,postpartum hemorrhage,infection and adverse reactions of the delivery women in the two groups were observed. Meanwhile,the neonatal body weight,Apgar score,and death were analyzed. Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of maternal delivery,postpartum hemorrhage reduction,maternal infection reduction,neonatal weight gain,Apgar score improvement,death decline,etc. The difference was statistically significant（P〈 0. 05）. The adverse reactions of pregnant women in the observation were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The implementation of simple and safe evidence-based nursing intervention measures is of great significance for delivery women with preterm premature rupture of membranes. It can not only ensure maternal and child safety,but also reduce the maternal infection. Meanwhile,the survival of newborns as well as the prognosis of mother and children can be improved,therefore,the maternal and child health are improved.
