品管圈活动在鼻咽癌患者放疗后张口受限护理中的应用

Application of quality control circle activity in nursing restriction of mouth opening among patients after the radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的探讨品管圈活动在鼻咽癌患者放疗后张口受限护理中的应用效果。方法选择2014年10月至2016年12月住院鼻咽癌患者40例作为对照组,选择2017年1~12月住院鼻咽癌患者56例作为观察组。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组采用品管圈方法步骤,应用问卷调查、头脑风暴法分析对照组鼻咽癌患者放疗后张口受限主要因素,并确定以这些因素为依据制作张口训练操视频,医护人员规律性带领患者操练;加强出院后回访,督促患者规范开展张口训练操。结果观察组患者张口受限程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论开展品管圈活动,可规范临床护理工作,提高护理人员管理能力和工作积极性,提高团队的凝聚力,最终提高患者的诊疗效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activity in nursing restriction of mouth opening among patients after the radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods To select patients of 40 cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted in the hospital from October 2014 to December 2016 as the control group,and to select patients of 56 cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 as the observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine care. The patients in the observation group were treated with quality control circle procedures. Questionnaires and brainstorm analysis were used to analyze the main factors of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with restriction of mouth opening in the control group after radiotherapy. These factors were used as the basis for the production of oral training videos.Medical staff led the patients to training regularly. Besides,they strengthened the return visits after discharge and urged the patients to regulate their opening mouth exercises. Results The degree of mouth opening restriction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（ P0.05）. Conclusion The development of quality control circle activities can standardize clinical nursing work,and improve nursing staff＇s management ability,work enthusiasm and team cohesion. Ultimately it can improve the patient＇s diagnosis and treatment.
