针对性护理干预对肿瘤PICC置管并发症及依从性的影响

Effect of targeted nursing intervention on complication and compliance of tumor PICC catheterization

目的探讨针对性护理干预对肿瘤PICC置管并发症及依从性的影响。方法选取2015年4月至2016年4月我院接受治疗的60例行PICC置管恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用针对性护理干预进行护理,比较两组患者置管依从性,干预前后QLQ-C30评分,比较两组术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组置管依从性显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后QLQ-C30的评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的PICC术后并发症的发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预对于PICC置管的肿瘤患者具有积极作用,在很大程度上可以改善患者的生活质量,提高置管依从性,进一步降低了术后并发症的发生率,效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention on complication and compliance of tumor PICC catheterization. Methods To select patients of 60 examples with malignant tumors who underwent PICC catheterization in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 as subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention,while the observation group was treated with targeted nursing intervention. The catheterization compliance as well as QLQ-C30 scores before and after the intervention of the patients in the two groups were compared. Besides,the postoperative complications in the two groups were compared. Results Catheterization compliance in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（ P〈0.05）. After the intervention,the QLQ-C30 score of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications of PICC surgery in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention has a positive effect on PICC catheterized patients with tumors. It can greatly improve the patient＇s quality of life and the compliance of the catheter.Meanwhile,it can further reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. The effect is significant,so that it is worthy of promotion and application.
