摘要 目的探讨Teach-back模式在髋关节置换术后患者中的应用。方法选取2016年10月至2017年10月我科治疗的髋关节置换术后患者156例,随机等分为研究组和对照组。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施Teach-back模式。比较两组治疗后的功能锻炼依从性、护理工作满意度。结果研究组功能锻炼依从性明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髋关节置换术后患者的回顾模式可以提高患者的满意度和功能锻炼的依从性,对于促进老年患者术后恢复更为有效且具有成本效益。 Objective To explore the application of Teach-back mode in patients undergoing hip replacement. Methods To select patients of 156 cases after the hip replacement surgery in our department from October 2016 to October 2017 as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group was received routine care,and the study group was performed by the Teach-back model on the basis of the control group. The functional exercise compliance and nursing job satisfaction were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results The compliance of functional exercise in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05). Conclusion Retrospective models of patients undergoing hip replacement surgery can improve patient satisfaction and functional exercise compliance. It is more effective and cost-effective for promoting postoperative recovery in elderly patients.
