摘要
介绍了IEEE 1641(STD)标准和IEEE 1671(ATML)标准的主要内容、层次结构和优势,解释了基于该标准体系实现面向信号测试系统的机制。研制了同时符合STD和ATML标准的面向信号测试软件,具有通用化、模块化、标准化等特点,该软件由开发平台和运行平台组成。开发平台方面,介绍了TPS开发的各种工具和面向信号的TP开发过程。运行平台方面,创新地提出了一种动态运行期引擎,能够无需提前编译就可以直接运行ATML测试程序。经过工程项目的验证,该软件技术能够实现TPS跨平台移植,适用于多机型的航空装备自动测试系统。
The main contents, hierarchy structure and advantages of IEEE 1641( STD) standard and IEEE1671(ATML) standard are introduced, and the mechanism for implementing a signal-oriented test system based on the standard system is explained. A signal-oriented test software that conforms to STD and ATML standard is developed, which is universal, modular and standardized. The software is composed of development platform and running platform. In the development platform, various tools developed by TPS and signal-oriented TP development process were introduced. In aspect of running platform, a dynamic runtime test-engine was proposed innovatively, which can run ATML test program directly without compilation. Through the engineering practice, this software technology can be applied to the cross-platform transplantation of TPS, and it is suitable for the automatic test system that can test multi-aircraft avionics.
