摘要 针对温室大棚监测面积大,监测环境参数多,设备自动化程度低等问题,给出了一种基于PLC的温室环境多参数监控方案。各种传感器将检测到的数据传到PLC,经过PLC运算处理后,根据设定的参数及运行方式,实现喷雾器等设备的手/自动控制。通过MPI通信接口,实现PLC与PC机的数据传输,完成温室运行状态在线监测。PC机监控软件采用组态王软件进行设计,对接收到的数据进行存储显示,并设定系统运行参数。实验表明,该监控系统具有结构简单、扩展方便、可靠性高的特点,能够实现温室环境参数精确监控,确保温室内植物始终处于一个良好的生长环境。 In order to solve these problems of large area greenhouse monitoring, many environmental monitoring parameters, and low degree of equipment automation in traditional greenhouse, a multi-parameter monitoring scheme for greenhouse environment based on PLC is given. The data detected by various sensors are transmitted to the PLC, after PLC processing, the hand/automatic control of the sprayer and other equipment is achieved according to the set parameters and operation mode. Through the MPI communication interface, PLC and PC data transmission can be realized, the greenhouse operation can be monitored on-line. PC monitoring software is designed by KingView, which stores and displays the received data, and sets the system operating parameters. Experiments show that the monitoring system has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient expansion and high reliability, which can realize the accurate monitoring of greenhouse environmental parameters and ensures that the plants in the greenhouse are always in a good growth environment.
