不同浓度矮壮素对茎瘤芥穴盘苗生长的影响

摘要 为探索适宜茎瘤芥穴盘苗施用的矮状素浓度,以"涪杂2号"茎瘤芥,研究不同浓度(50、100、200、400、600mg·L-1)矮壮素对茎瘤芥穴盘苗出苗及生长发育的影响。结果表明:100、200、400mg·L-1矮壮素对茎瘤芥出苗无影响,且能在不同程度上抑制茎瘤芥穴盘苗的徒长,增加茎粗、植株鲜重、植株干重、最大叶面积,增大根冠比、壮苗指数,提高叶片叶绿素含量及可溶性蛋白质含量,其中,400mg·L-1矮壮素处理的效果最明显。 In order to explore appropriate density of CCC on plug seedling of turmorous stem mustard,taking Fuza No. 2 as material,the influences of different concentrations of CCC on the emergence and growth of stem mustard seedlings were studied. The results showed that CCC at concentrations of 100,200,400 mg· L-1 had no effect on the emergence of tumorous stem mustard,and it can inhibit the growth of tumorous stem mustard seedlings in varying degrees. The contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein were increased by increasing stem diameter,plant fresh weight,plant dry weight,maximum leaf area,increasing root shoot ratio and seedling index,and the effect of 400 mg·L-1 dwarf treatment was the most obviously.
