摘要
以高酸值浸出米糠毛油为原料,分别对其进行脱蜡、脱胶、脱酸和脱色,研究高酸值米糠油色泽与精炼工艺条件的相关性。结果表明:脱胶阶段高温90~100℃、时间58 min,获得的油脂色泽较好;脱酸阶段高温淡碱工艺获得的油脂色泽较浅;吸附脱色阶段在时间为120~130 min、温度为90~100℃、吸附剂用量为油量的4%时,油脂色泽较浅。
With rice bran oil with high acid value as raw material, after dewaxing, degumming, deacidification and decoloring the correlation between color of rice bran oil with high acid value and refining process condition was studied. The results show that degumming phase high temperature of 90 -100 ℃, time of 58 min, oil color and lustre is better; The color of oil obtained by high temperature alkali deacidification process is lighter; When adsorption bleaching stage at the time of 120 - 130 min, the temperature is 90-130 ℃, adsorbent dosage is 4% of the oil, oil color and lustre is shallow.
