摘要
通过正交试验研究超声功率、超声温度、超声时间对桑黄菌丝体多糖提取率的影响。结果表明,超声功率、超声时间对桑黄菌丝体多糖的提取率均有显著影响。确定最佳提取条件为超声时间15 min,超声功率350 W,超声温度65℃。在最佳条件下,桑黄菌丝体多糖的提取率为4.61%。
The effects of ultrasonic power, ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time on the extraction rate of polysaccharide from Phellinus igniarius were studied by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time significantly affected the extraction rate of polysaccharide from Phellinus igniarius. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: ultrasonic time15 min, ultrasonic power 350 W, ultrasonic temperature 65 ℃. Under the optimal conditions, the extraction rate of polysaccharide from Phellinus igniarius was 4.61%.
