摘要
本文对不锈钢中各元素的化学分析方法(手持式X荧光分析、湿法分析、直读光谱仪、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪、X射线荧光分析仪)进行了总结,并分析了每一种方法的优点和缺点,本文为选择不锈钢中各元素含量化学分析方法提供了依据。不锈钢材料在核电产品中越来越重要,根据各分析方法的特点,对核电产品中不锈钢中各元素含量化学分析前景进行了预测。
The chemical analysis methods for elements in stainless steel were summarized,and the advantage and shortcoming of every method were analyzed. A base for selecting chemical analysis method in stainless steel was given.The expectation of chemical analysis methods for element in stainless steel was forecasted. Stainless steel was becoming more and more important in nuclear power products. According to the characteristics of each analysis method,the chemical analysis prospect of each element content in stainless steel of nuclear power products was predicted.
