摘要
通过离子交换法制备有机改性水滑石,采用FTIR、XRD、SEM等方法测试改性前后水滑石结构与形貌的变化;将普通水滑石(LDH)、自制改性水滑石(GLDH)与β成核剂(NB-328)按一定比例进行复配,加入等规聚丙烯(i PP)中制备出复合材料。采用DSC、XRD、POM等方法测试复合材料的结晶性能。结果表明:GLDH与β成核剂复配能显著增加聚丙烯的β晶成核效果。
Organic modified LDH was prepared by anion exchange method. The organic modified LDH changes of the structure and morphology were tested by FTIR,XRD and SEM,and the LDH,self-made modified GLDH and beta nucleating agent( NB-328) were mixed in a certain proportion and added to the isotactic polypropylene( i PP). The crystallization properties of the composites were tested by DSC,XRD and POM. The results showed that the combination of GLDH and beta nucleating agent can significantly increase the beta nucleation effect of polypropylene.
