流动注射-4-氨基安替比林分光光度法测定水中的挥发酚 被引量:5

摘要 本文采用全自动流动注射分析仪分析水中的挥发酚。在0.000~0.100 mg/L范围内,挥发酚标准曲线线性良好,相关系数都在0.999以上;方法检出限为0.0002 mg/L;2个有证标准样品的测定结果都在标准值范围,标准偏差RSD为1.63%和4.07%;实际水样中不同浓度的加标,回收率为99.5%~109%,达到实验要求。实验表明流动注射方法测定挥发酚具有检出限低,准确度和精确度高的特点,适用于大批量低浓度的挥发酚测定。 By the method of flow injection analysis( FIL) of 4-AAP spectrophotometric,the results showed that the standard curve of volatile phenol was linear in the range of 0. 000 ~ 0. 100 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient was above0. 999 and the detection limit was 0. 0002 mg/L. The content of volatile phenol from two samples were below 0. 002 mg/L,and relative standard deviation( RSD) was 1. 63% and 4. 07%,respectively. After adding the standard samples according to the concentration of samples tested,the results indicated that the recovery rates varied from 99. 5% to 109% and met with the experiment. This method is suitable to test the low concentration of volatile phenol in water, with low determination limit,high-accuracy and high-precision.
