摘要 针对石化装备振动问题,企业常采用一些刚性支撑来控制振动,然而效果并不理想。北京化工大学发明了一种新型的阻尼吸振器并申请专利,在多厂应用并取得了良好的减振效果。对不同的设备管线进行模拟分析,寻找振源并制定合理的安装方案,解决了多家炼油厂焦炭塔进料管线、焦化炉出口管线和乙烯厂初馏塔进料管线、换热器进料管线和重整氢增压机管线以及不同类型的阀门等设备的振动问题,消除了企业的安全隐患。 For the vibration of petrochemical equipment, enterprises often use some rigid support to control the vibration,but the effect is not ideal. Beijing University of Chemical Technology invented a new type of damping absorber and patented in multi-plant applications and achieved good damping effect. The different equipment pipeline simulation analysis, find the source and develop a reasonable installation program to solve a number of refinery coke tower feed line, coking furnace outlet pipeline and ethylene plant distillation tower feed line, heat exchanger feed Pipeline and reforming hydrogen booster pipeline and different types of valves and other equipment vibration problems, eliminating the enterprise security risks.
