摘要
通过现场井况、断口形貌、材料的化学分析、力学性能等因素分析了Φ127钻杆内螺纹接头纵向开裂机理,确定了失效原因,即接头在斜井段与井壁的激烈摩擦是裂纹起裂的原因,提出了相关建议。
Through the field conditions, fracture morphology, chemical analysis of materials, mechanical properties and other factors, the longitudinal cracking mechanism of the inner threaded joint of the 127 drilling rod is analyzed, and the cause of the failure is determined. That is, the sharp friction between the inclined shaft and the shaft wall is the cause of the crack initiation.
