摘要
JZ南油田是渤海油田的主力油田之一,为了开发太古界潜山难动用储量,提高单井产能和储层高采收率,在H井太古界潜山水平段尝试进行花岗岩井段悬空侧钻分支井。针对花岗岩井段可钻性差,井眼轨迹控制困难和悬空侧钻效率低等多个技术难题。提出了井眼轨迹控制技术、悬空侧钻钻具组合优选技术、参数控制措施。在现场应用中取得了显著效果,实现了在渤海油田太古界花岗岩地层首次成功侧钻分支井。
JZ Nan Oilfield is one of the main oil fields in Bohai oilfield, in order to develop the difficult-to-produce reserves in buried hill formation, increase single well output and oil recovery of oil reservoir, attempts to carry out open hole sidetracking in H well buried hill formation. In view of the poor drillability of the Granite, the difficulty of borehole trajectory control and the low efficiency of open hole sidetracking are many technical problems. This paper puts forward the technique of borehole trajectory control, the open hole sidetracking BHA optimization and the drilling parameters contol. All the technologies have been applied to the field successfully, and realized the first successful open hole Sidetracking branch well in the buried hill formation of Bohai Oilfield.
