钢制球形储罐倒装法解体拆除技术研究

Study on the Technology in the Spherical Tank Demolition Based on Flip Chip Method

为了提高钢制球罐拆除的工作效率,同时规避正装法球罐拆除施工过程中的高空作业安全隐患,提出了基于利用球罐原有立柱配合倒链滑轮组举升罐体的倒装法球罐拆除技术。以400m^3钢制液化气球罐为例,介绍了倒装法拆除球罐技术。研究表明,倒装法拆除球罐技术的应用可在保证安全的前提下大幅度提高劳动效率、缩短施工周期。最后指出了倒装法拆除球罐技术的发展方向、应用前景及需要进一步解决的技术难题。

In order to improve the work efficiency of spherical tank demolition, and avoid the falling down safety hidden troubles of spherical tank demolition based on scaffolding method, spherical tank demolition based on flip chip method was invented.As an example, a 400 m^3 LPG spherical tank was demolished. The work efficiency of spherical tank demolition was improved, and the safety was ensured. The development direction and technology problems of spherical tank demolition based on lip chip method were pointed out.
