PVC/ABS合金流动性能改进分析

摘要 重点阐述DOP、AS、EVA对于PVC/ABS合金熔体流动性能带来的影响。在实验的基础上,根据最终的结果发现DOP能够使合金熔体流动速率有所提高,但在DOP实际用量不断增加的过程中,合金本身的力学性能、氧指数以及合金负荷变形温度都随之下降。而AS同样可以改善合金熔体流动速率,然而在AS质量分数10%的情况下,简支梁缺口冲击强度降低55%。在使用EVA用量增加的基础上,合金熔体流动速率增加,但是对于氧指数、合金负荷变形温度以及简支梁缺口冲击强度方面并不会产生较大的影响。 In this paper, the effects of DOP, AS and EVA on the melt flow properties of PVC/ABS alloys are mainly discussed.Based on the experimental results, it was found that DOP can improve the melt flow rate of the alloy. However, the mechanical properties, oxygen index and alloy load deformation temperature of the alloy gradually increase with the increase of DOP. decline.However, AS also can improve the melt flow rate of the alloy. However, the notched Izod impact strength of the Charpy reduced by 55% at the AS mass fraction of 10%. Based on the increase in the amount of EVA used, the melt flow rate of the alloy increases,but the oxygen index, alloy load deformation temperature and Charpy notched impact strength will not have a greater impact.
