摘要
现代雷达的激励信号不仅要求有多种形式,而且对低杂散、低相噪提出了更高要求。介绍一款采用数字波形产生、上变频、功率放大和滤波电路设计的L波段雷达激励信号源,具有低杂散、低相噪的特点,以及波形可选和频率捷变等功能,满足新型雷达的工程使用需求。
Excitation signals of modern radars not only require multiple forms,but also impose higher requirements on low spurious and low phase noise. An L-band radar excitation signal source is introduced by using digital waveform generation,up-conversion,power amplification and filtering circuit,featuring low spurious and low phase noise,with the functions of waveform selection and frequency agility to meet the requirements of the engineering application for new radars.
