草地土壤微生物多样性影响因素研究进展

Research progress of the influence factors of soil microbial diversity in grassland

草地土壤微生物多样性可对草地土壤生态系统造成显著影响,因此对草地土壤微生物多样性的影响因素展开研究具有重要的现实意义与科研价值。草地环境分别由地下土壤与地上植物变化因子作用于草地土壤微生物群落,进而影响草地土壤微生物多样性。而人类活动形成的干扰可改变草地土壤性质与植被特征,进而使得草地土壤微生物生境发生改变,草地土壤微生物多样性也随之发生变化。文章通过对已有成果的归纳总结,围绕土壤性质、植被特征和人类活动三个方面对草地土壤微生物多样性影响因素进行了较为系统深入的阐述。并根据现有分析,对草地土壤微生物多样性影响因素研究的未来发展方向进行了探讨,为合理管理利用草地土壤与深入研究土壤微生物对外界胁迫的响应机制提供了科学指导与理论依据。

Grassland soil microbial diversity can significantly influence the grassland soil ecosystem.Therefore,studies on the factors associated with the soil microbial diversity of grasslands are very important and valuable.In this study,we systematically analyze the factors altering the soil microbial diversity of grasslands,focusing on soil properties,vegetation characteristics,and human activities as reported by previous research.Future research directions on the factors influencing grassland soil microbial diversity have also been discussed.This review provides scientific guidance for further studies on grassland soil microbial response-mechanisms to external stress,and a theoretical basis for rational grassland soil management.
