我国海藻产业发展研究

Development of Seaweed Industry in China

文章从生产、加工和贸易等方面分析我国海藻产业的发展情况并总结产业发展特点,主要包括:海藻苗种品种较少,产量和质量受环境影响大;海藻产品逐渐得到公众认可,产业价值链有所延伸;海藻产品具有国际竞争力。在此基础上,提出建立海藻育种体系、重点研发精深加工产品、加强技术交流与合作、加大政策和资金支持力度以及积极开展宣传推广的产业发展建议。

The paper analyzed the development of China＇s seaweed industry from the aspects of production,processing,trade,and summarized the characteristics of industrial development.The results showed that：there were few varieties of seaweed seed,the yield and quality were greatly influenced by the environment.Seaweeds were gradually recognized by the public and the value chain had been extended.Seaweed had international competitiveness.On this basis,this paper proposed the establishment of a seaweed breeding system,focusing on the development of intensive processing products,strengthening technical exchanges and cooperation,intensifying policies and financial support and actively conducting publicity and promotion of industry development proposals.
