摘要
为解决城市地下管线事故频发问题,地下管线普查、地下管线信息系统建设工作受到越来越多的重视,建立管线管理系统也变得尤为重要。而目前管线信息系统所依赖的平台终端主要为大型手持设备或计算机,部分平台对于空间信息的存储、查询、检索、可视化以及空间分析已有很好的支持,但是基于计算机的管线管理系统在解决实地问题的时候还有诸多不便。本文着重讨论使用基于Android平台手机APP开发管线管理应用来解决实地使用问题的可能性、优势以及前景。由于地下管线数据获取的特殊性,本平台暂以同济大学数据为例,立足于研发具有可推广性的产品,为未来地下管线管理提供新方法。
Pipeline accidents are occurring more frequently with the fast pace of urbanization,and more attentions are focused on the survey of underground pipe network and underground pipeline information management systems,which is believed to be able to effectively prevent accidents resulting from inaccurate information. Currently,some information management systems are available to store,retrieve and visualize pipeline information and capable of spatial analysis,but they are normally based on unpotable devices such as desktop computers and heavy handheld devices,which are not convenient for surveying workforce. Here,we develop an Android based APP to show the possibility,advantage and prospect to build a pipeline information management application on Android smartphones. Such system is successfully demonstrated on the pipeline network at Tongji University.
