“三旧”改造地块标图建库工程建设研究——以增城区金星村为例

Study on the Construction of Map-Spot Plotting and Database Construction for the “Three Old”Reconstruction——Taking Jinxing Village in Zengcheng District as an Example

基于改善城市布局、集约节约土地、实现存量用地的内部潜力挖掘,广州市增城区开展了"三旧"改造地块标图建库工作。为此,全面调查了辖区内旧城镇、旧村庄、旧工厂的具体位置、范围、面积及土地利用现状等,结合外业实测"三旧"红线数据及统计资料,利用Arc GIS及Python编程语言,建立并完善了"三旧"改造地块标图建库及动态调整数据库,该标图建库工作极大助推了"三旧"改造工程建设项目的进行。

Based on the improvement of urban layout,intensive conservation of land and the realization of the internal potential of stock land,Zengcheng District of Guangzhou has carried out the construction of the ＂three old＂transformation plots. To this end,it thoroughly investigated the specific locations,areas and land use status of the old towns,old village and old factories in the area,combined with the data and statistics of the ＂three old＂red lines measured in the field,using Arc GIS and Python programming languages. Established and improved the ＂Three Old＂transformation plots and built a database and dynamically adjust the database. The construction of the mapping project has greatly boosted the construction of the ＂Three Old＂transformation project. At the same time,it has a certain reference value for related work in other regions of the country.
