摘要
以5类RDX为例,对不同RDX含量的双基发射药在20℃和50℃下进行抗压性能、抗冲击性能及其黏结剂表面能的实验研究,拟用界面微观参量表征非均质发射药宏观力学性能。结果表明,可通过测算黏结剂与RDX间界面能与黏附功,定义微观参量"单位质量界面黏附能"来表征宏观力学性能,并得出此黏附能与对应含量RDX发射药的力学性能参数(屈服应力、体积变形冲击功)之间可由方程b=a+be^(-x/t)拟合。
Experimental study of the compression performance, shock resistance and surface energy measurement of bonding agent for double base propellants with di[ferent amounts of RDX at 20 and 5℃ was carried out taking the five kinds of RDX. The macroscopic mechanical properties of heterogeneous propellants were characterized by inter facial microscopic parameters. The results show that through calculating the interface energy between bonding agent and RDX, a new microscopic parameter unit mass interracial adhesion energy was defined to evaluate macroscopic mechanical properties, and the relationship between the adhesive energy and mechanical property parameters (yield stress and volume deformation impact energy) for propellant with corresponding content of RDX can be fitted by equation b=a+bex/t.
