摘要
为研究长短叶片水轮机内部流动情况及转轮副叶片对水轮机工作运行的影响,建立水轮机模型,使用ICEM软件对各部件流道进行网格划分。采用软件FLUENT、Realizable k-ε模型和SIMPLEC算法进行数值仿真计算,得到水轮机流道内的速度分布及尾水涡带云图;在活动导叶与转轮之间的无叶区以及尾水管直锥段设立监测点,监测压力脉动变化情况。对比分析不同转轮的水轮机工作状况,发现采用带副叶片转轮的水轮机性能优于无副叶片转轮的水轮机。
In order to study the internal flow of the long and short blade turbine and the influence of the runner blades on the operation of the hydraulic turbine,the model of hydraulic turbine is established,and the flow passage of each component is meshed by ICEM.The simulation obtaines the velocity contour and vortex by FLUENT,Realizable k-εand SIMPLEC.The monitoring point is set up in the no-leaf area of the guide vane and the runner and the straight cone section of the draft tube to monitor the change of the pressure fluctuation.The hydraulic turbine working conditions of different runners are compared and analyzed.The results show that the turbine with auxiliary blade runner is better than the turbine without auxiliary blade runner.
