反复呼吸道感染儿童血CRP、免疫球蛋白和T细胞亚群的相关研究

Correlation between the changes of serum levels C-reactive protein,immunoglobulin,T lymphocyte subsets and recurrent respiratory tract infection in children

目的探讨反复呼吸道感染儿童血C-反应蛋白(CRP)、免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)及T淋巴细胞亚群的水平变化与婴幼儿反复呼吸道感染的关系。方法选取收治的符合诊断标准的150例反复呼吸道感染患儿作为观察组。选取同期进行体检的150例健康儿童作为对照组。比较2组儿童血清CRP、IgA、IgG、IgM及T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果观察组的血清CRP水平高于对照组,IgA、IgG、IgG2、IgG4、IgM水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组CD_3、CD_4T淋巴细胞亚群比例低于对照组,CD8 T淋巴细胞亚群明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论反复呼吸道感染患儿血IgA、IgG、IgM、CD_3、CD_4 T淋巴细胞较正常儿童低,血清CRP及CD8 T淋巴细胞高于正常儿童。

Objective To observe the changes of serum levels C-reactive protein（ CRP）,immunoglobulin（ IgA、IgG、IgM）,T lymphocyte subsets in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,and to explore the correlation between the chnages and recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods A total of 150 children patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were enrolled as observation group,at the same time,the other 150 healthy children who underwent physical examination were enrolled as control group. The serum levels of CRP,immunoglobulins including IgA,IgG,IgM and T cell subsets were detected and compared between the two groups. Results The serum levels of CRP in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,however,the serum levels of IgA,IgG,IgG2,IgG4 and IgM in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Moreover the levels of CD3,CD4 T cell subsets in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,however,the levels CD8 T cell subset in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The serum levels of IgA,IgG,IgG2,IgG4,IgM,CD3 and CD4 T cell in children patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection are lower than those in normal children,however,the serum levels CRP and CD8 T cell subset are higher than those in normal children.
