秦息痛片联合甲氨蝶呤对类风湿性关节炎患者外周血Th17/Treg细胞及IL-37表达的影响

Effect of methotrexate combined with Qingfengteng aqueous extract tablets on Th17/Treg cell and interleukin 37 expression in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的探讨甲氨蝶呤联合秦息痛片(青风藤水提物片)对类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者外周血辅助性T细胞(Th)17/调节性T细胞(Treg)及白细胞介素-37(IL-37)表达的影响。方法选择2015年1月~2017年2月某院收治的RA患者45例,研究组23例甲氨蝶呤联合秦息痛片治疗,对照组22例患者仅应用甲氨蝶呤片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、CRP、ESR、IL-37和Th(CD4^+IL-17A^+)、Treg(CD4^+CD25^+Fox P3^+)、Th17/Treg水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.02%,高于对照组的76.19%(P<0.05);治疗后研究组CRP、ESR水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组Th17、Th17/Treg水平与对照组相比较低,IL-37、Treg水平较高(P<0.05)。结论 RA采用秦息痛片联合甲氨蝶呤治疗效果显著,能降低IL-17、Th17/Treg含量,并提高临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of methotrexate combined with Qinxitong tablets on peripheral Th17/Treg cell and IL-37 expression in patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA）. Methods 45 patients with RA were selected, Research group（n = 23） was given MTX combined with Qinxitong tablets, while control group（n = 22） was treated with MTX tablets. The clinical efficacy, CRP, ESR, IL-37, Th（CD4^＋IL-17 A^＋）, Treg, Th17/Treg levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of research group was 95.7%, which was higher than 72.7% of the control group; The levels of CRP and ESR in research group were lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）; The levels of IL-37, Th17, Th17/Treg in research group were lower than those in control group, while Treg level was higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Methotrexate combined with Qinxitong tablets in treatment of RA is effective, it can decrease IL-37 and Th17/Treg content, increase clinical efficacy.
