卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗产后出血的临床效果及对凝血因子的影响

Clinical effect of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection in the blood coagulation factors for patients with postpartum hemorrhage

目的探究产后出血患者使用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗的效果及该药物对产后出血患者的凝血因子影响。方法选取我院2015年2月~2017年3月78例产后出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各39例,对照组使用缩宫素进行治疗,观察组使用缩宫素联合卡前列素氨丁三醇进行治疗,比较两组产后出血量、治疗前后凝血因子水平。结果两组不同时间出血量情况比较中,组间术中出血量、术后2 h出血量、产后24 h出血量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前各项凝血指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组血小板、PT、APTT均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),FIB水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产后出血患者使用卡前列素氨丁三醇进行治疗,能够有效控制产后出血量,同时改善患者凝血因子,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection in the blood coagulation factors for patients with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 78 patients with postpartum hemorrhage treated from February 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were divided into two groups according to the registration number, 39 cases each group. The control group took the Pitocin; the observation group took the combined method of Pitocin and Carboprost Tromethamine Injection. The postpartum bleeding volume and blood coagulation factors were observed. Results At the different time periods, the bleeding volumes during surgery, after 2 h of surgery and after 24 h of delivery were significantly different（P 0.05）; before treatment, the blood coagulation factors for two groups were not significantly different（P 0.05）; after treatment, the index of blood platelet, PT and APTT for observation group were significantly lower than control group（P 0.05）;the FIB levels for observation group were significantly higher than control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion The Carboprost Tromethamine Injection can effectively control the postpartum bleeding volume and improve the blood coagulation factors.
