脑电仿生电刺激仪联合舍曲林治疗老年脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效及其对神经功能缺损的影响

The clinical effect of electroencephalogram (EEG) combined with sertrin on the treatment of poststroke depression in senile patients and its effect on nerve function defects

目的探讨脑电仿生电刺激仪联合舍曲林治疗老年脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效及其对神经功能缺损的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2017年1月收治的50例老年脑卒中后抑郁患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例,对照组采用常规治疗方式,观察组采用脑电仿生电刺激仪联合舍曲林治疗方式,分别采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS)评估治疗和不良反应情况,对比两组差异。结果观察组综合有效率高于对照组,治疗后观察组HAMD高于对照组;两组患者TESS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑电仿生电刺激仪联合舍曲林治疗老年脑卒中后抑郁相较于常规曲舍林药物手段,见效快且疗效显著,安全性高,能够有效修复神经功能。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of electroencephalogram bionic Electrical Stimulator Combined with sertraline in the treatment of post-stroke depression in elderly patients and its effect on neurological deficit. Methods 50 elderly patients with post-stroke depression treated from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment. The observation group was treated with Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） by electroencephalogram electrostimulation apparatus and sertraline. And the side effects scale（TESS） was used to evaluate the treatment and adverse reactions, and the differences between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the HAMD in the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment. There was no significant difference in the TESS score between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion EEG bionic electric stimulator combined with sertraline in the treatment of post stroke depression in elderly patients is more effective, more effective and safer than conventional trerin, and can effectively repair the nerve function.
