不同方式喂养对婴儿贫血状况影响调查

Investigation on the influence of different ways of feeding on anemia in infants

目的探讨不同方式喂养对婴儿贫血的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2017年1月于鸿顺里街社区卫生服务中心儿保门诊体检的728例婴儿,根据婴儿的喂养方式不同,分为A组535例(母乳喂养组)、B组62例(人工喂养组)、C组131例(混合喂养组),在婴儿6个月进行一次血红蛋白检测和体格检查,比较三组婴儿的生长发育、贫血情况。结果三组婴儿6个月体重、身长等指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。6个月A组和C组贫血检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),B组和C组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但B组的贫血检出率明显低于A组(P<0.05)。结论应加强对婴儿喂养的指导,嘱家属及时给婴儿补充铁剂和添加富含铁元素的食物。

Objective To investigate the influence of different ways of feeding on anemia in infants. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017 in Hongshun Street Community Health Service Center in the outpatient department of physical examination, 728 cases of infants were selected to analyze. According to different feeding patterns, 728 cases of infants were divided into 535 cases of group A（breast feeding group）, 62 cases of group B（artificial feeding group）, 131 cases of group C（mixed feeding group）. A hemoglobin screening and physical examination would be taken in infants at 6 months of growth, then the growth and development and anemia of the three groups were compared.. Results There was no significant difference in weight, length and developmental quotient between the three groups of infants for 6 months（P〈0.05）. At 6 months, there was no significant difference in the detection rate of anemia between group A and group C, and there was no significant difference between group B and group C（P〉0.05）, but the detection rate of anemia in B group was significantly lower than that in A group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion We should strengthen guidance on infant feeding, and timely ask family members to supplement iron and add iron rich foods.
