世界经济的高速发展使得世界经济的格局发生了翻天覆地的变化,国与国之间的联系也变得更加紧密,可以说,经济全球化打破了国界,世界逐渐地形成一个有机的整体,不同国家之间以及不同民族之间的沟通变得频繁。自从互联网技术应用于生活后,中国的经济以及中国人的社会关系都发生了变化,人们之间的关系变得更加微妙。高校的大学生作为年轻的群体,在知识的掌握以及道德素质方面具有较高的水准,在信息时代的影响下,高校大学生的生活也会随之受到一些影响。那么,为了使高校的大学生能够在思想上树立正确的观念,高校辅导员要将信息素养的培养提到日程上来。

The rapid development of the world economy makes the world economic structure undergo tremendous changes,with relations among nations becoming increasingly close. The economic globalization has broken through the national boundaries,forming an organic whole world gradually,thus making the communication among different countries and different ethnic groups gradually frequent.Since the Internet technology has been applied to life,China＇s economy and the social relations of the Chinese people have changed,and the relationship among people has changed subtly. As a young group,college students have a high level of knowledge and moral quality. The Information Age has exerted some influence on their life. In order to enable college students to establish a correct idea in mind,college counselors should put information literacy training high on the agenda.
