论我国城市生活垃圾分类的完善对策

An Analysis on the Improvement Measures of Urban Household Garbage Classification in China

城市生活垃圾分类管理不仅可以节约资源,促进资源二次利用,更是减少垃圾生产量、保护环境的有效手段。我国现阶段城市生活垃圾的处理在基础设施建设、分类处置方式、废旧资源回收、无害化处理等方面存在诸多问题。因此,必须按照十九大精神和科学发展观的要求,整合全社会力量,共同推进城市垃圾分类管理,减少垃圾的最终处置量,实现垃圾资源化利用,减轻环境压力。最终形成以政府为主导、企业为主力、公民为主体的垃圾分类治理体系。

The classified management of urban household garbage can not only save resources,and promote the second utilization of resources,but also can reduce waste production and protect the environment. At present,there are many problems in the treatment of municipal solid waste in China,such as infrastructure construction,classification and disposal,recycling of waste resources and harmless treatment. Therefore,we must adhere to the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the requirements of scientific development concept,integrate the whole social forces,promote urban garbage classification management,reduce the amount of disposed garbage,realize the utilization of the waste resource,and reduce environmental pressure. In the end,a government-dominated garbage classification management system will be formed with the enterprise as the main force,and the citizen as the main body.
