肉毒毒素注射联合中胚层疗法治疗雄激素性脱发

Botulinum Toxin Injection and Mesoderm Therapy for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia

目的探讨应用肉毒毒素联合中胚层疗法及光疗治疗雄激素性脱发的方法与疗效。方法采用肉毒素联合富血小板血浆脱发区注射及LED照射治疗1例雄激素脱发患者。通过3个月治疗,对患者脱发区头发密度及发量进行综合评估与分析。结果脱发区头发密度和发量逐渐增加,发质,明显改善。结论此方法可能是治疗雄激素性脱发的临床有效途径。

Objective To explore the method and efficacy of botulinum toxin combined with mesoderm therapy and Laser therapy in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia. Methods A patient with androgenic alopecia was treated with botulinum toxin、platelet-rich plasma injection and LED light. After 3 months, evaluated and analyzed the hair density and volume. Results The hair density and volume gradually increased, and hair quality improved significantly. Conclusion This method may be an effective way to treat androgenic alopecia.
