生物敷料联合自体皮移植及重组人生长激素对大面积重度烧伤患者临床疗效的影响

The effect of human growth hormone on the clinical curative effect of human growth hormone in patients with severe burn

目的探究生物敷料联合自体皮移植及重组人生长激素对大面积重度烧伤患者临床疗效的影响。方法选取2017年1月-2017年12月期间我院收治的大面积重度烧伤患者90例作为研究对象,采用随机数字分组,对照组45例给予自体网状皮移植联合生物敷料覆盖治疗,观察组45例给予生物敷料联合自体皮移植及重组人生长激素,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组、对照组的治疗总有效率分别为97.78%(44/45)、86.67%(39/45),对比差异明显(P<0.05)。观察组相关创面愈合时间、住院时间等指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平等相关指标对比无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组相关因子指标都明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生物敷料联合自体皮移植及重组人生长激素对大面积重度烧伤患者,能够有效改善炎性因子,促进创面愈合,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To explore the effect of biological dressings combined with autosomal transplantation and recombinant human growth hormone on the clinical efficacy of patients with severe burns. Methods Selected January 2017-December 2017 our hospital during the period of 90 cases of large area severe burn patients as the research object, USES the random number group, control group 45 cases given mesh skin autograft with biological dressing therapy, observation group 45 cases given biological dressings autogreffe DE la peau transplantion and recombinant human growth hormone, compared two groups of clinical therapeutic effect. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group and control group was 97.78%（44/45） and 86.67%（39/45） respectively, and the contrast was significantly different（P 〈0.05）. The indicators of wound healing time and hospital stay were significantly better than those in the control group（P 〈0.05）. Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups of TNF-alpha, il-6 and CRP levels（P BBB 0 0.05）. After treatment, the indicators of both groups were significantly improved（P〈 0.05）, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Biological dressings autogreffe DE la peau transplantion and recombinant human growth hormone for large area severe burn patients, can effectively improve the inflammatory factor, promote wound healing, has high clinical value.
