冷光美白技术与夜间活髓牙脱色技术协同治疗四素环牙的临床疗效观察

Clinical Research of Whitening Treatment on Tetracycline Pigmentation Teeth with Cold Whitening Kit and Night Live Pulp Teeth Bleaching Technology

目的探究为四环素牙患者行冷光美白技术联合夜间活髓牙脱色技术共同予以治疗的临床效果。方法择取我院于2014年7月至2016年7月期间收治的52例四环素牙患者参与研究,按四环素牙患者就诊序号单双顺序将其划分为研究组以及对照组,每组26例患者,其中研究组患者共有四环素牙56颗,对照组患者共有四环素牙59颗。研究组行冷光美白技术联合夜间活髓牙脱色技术共同予以治疗,对照组则单行冷光美白技术予以治疗,在治疗前后用VIT比色板对患牙进行比色,记录治疗前后两组患牙色阶变化,并对两组治疗后牙齿敏感情况进行视觉模拟评分法(VAS)转化评定。结果研究组患者的临床治疗有效率为(94.64%),显著优于对照组(76.27%),组间数据经过统计学分析,差异有意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的牙齿敏感度数据无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论为四环素牙患者行冷光美白技术联合夜间活髓牙脱色技术共同予以治疗的临床效果确切,能够改善患者患牙着色情况,对治疗预后有积极作用,可扩大应用范围。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of cold whitening kit and night live pulp teeth bleaching technology whitening tetracycline pigmentation teeth. Methods Selecting 52 patients with tetracycline pigmentation teeth in the hospital from July, 2014 to July, 2016; and dividing them into research group and control group according to the visit time, with 26 patients in each group. Patients of the research group had 56 tetracycline pigmentation teeth, and patients in the control group had 59. The research group got the treatment of cold whitening kit and night live pulp teeth bleaching technology. And the control group only got the treatment of cold whitening kit. After treatment, patients’ teeth were compared by international standard VITA 16 colors shade guide. And the treatment efect, teeth sensitivity and treatment quality score were all evaluated. Result The efective rate of research group is 94.64%, which is superior to the control group（76.27%）.Through statistical signifcance, it has signifcant diference（P 〈0.05）. The treatment quality score of research group is （94.43±2.15）, which is superior to the control group （83.79±2.21）, with statistical signifcance（P 〈 0.05）. There is no signifcant diference between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Cold whitening kit and night live pulp teeth bleaching technology whitening treatment of tetracycline pigmentation teeth has exact clinical efect. It can improve patients’ dark and yellow teeth, and play a positive role in prognosis. So it should be applied widely.
